Root cause analysis:- Root cause analysis (RCA) is a process for researching “root causes” of problems and a method find. RCA is based on the technique that requires more than just finding problems that develop, but finding a way to avoid.

RCA methods • Few methods used in RCA are: • The “5-Whys” — A simple problem-solving method that helps users get to the root of the problem in a very quick time. This method involves looking at a problem and asking “why” and “what caused this problem”. Often the answer to the first “why” triggers a second “why” and so on providing the basis for the “5-why” analysis.
