What is Q&A? / How was it built? • The Q&A link is a tool available to all Emerson customers • OEM’s, Wholesalers, Contractors, End Users • If you have access to the Emerson website you have access to this helpful tool • The Q&A tool was developed using all the current Emerson Application Engineering Bulletins, Wholesaler Bulletins* and Contractor Weekly data. • The information was formatted into questions, with the answer and a link to where the data was retrieved from. • All questions are searchable using “Key Words” • The more detail you place in your question the more precise the search results will be * Addition of Wholesaler Bulletin coming soon
Once you click on the tile you will see the following search text box Now enter a question about any Emerson HVACR component or process
All results based on key words will now be available to view
Select the answer that best meets your needs, or browse through the options Not only is the answer provided but a live link to the specific AE bulletin is provided, as well as options to share, e-mail or print the data.
Now Click on the link… The latest version of the Application Engineering bulletin will appear, to answer any additional questions or to provide additional details as needed.
