Used & Missing Cheque Register • This report is primarily used to display cheques in selected bank and shows us weather the cheques are Used or Cancelled or Un used. • It comes very handy if there are some missing cheque in the series for which the entries has not been done in the system. • Cheques can only be cancelled by EDP department on sending them scan copy of cancelled cheque.   3. To start with this report from the main screen click on Reports From Menu Click on Reports then in sub menu click on Used & Missing Cheque Registerto open the report form Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  4. Blank Form of Used & Missing Cheque Register Lets start by generating a report Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  5. First of all select the Bank Account Number for which we are generating this report Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  6. Here more columns are given on which we can refine our search. If we don’t select any thing else then system will show all cheques allotted till now. But if we enter cheque no or Cheque Series start no or End number etc. we will get filtered results. Lets Start by not entering any thing except Bank Name. Click on Show to Generate the report.   7. Data is displayed on the screen with details like Cheque No, Cheque Series Start End No, Voucher in which the cheque was used etc. The cheques which are not used system will show its status as Unused Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  8. These all boxes are used to further add filters on the data. Say we only want to see unused cheque in that case I will enter Unused in the box of status. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  9. Now see the report is filtered and only UnUsed cheques are shown on the screen. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  10. This report can be exported to many popular file formats like Excel, Adobe Pdf, Word etc. Select your choice format and click Export button to export it. A dialog box will open which with option to display or save the report in that format. Select your choice and Click Ok Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  11. Lets generate another report. Here we will select the Bank Account number and Start number of the Cheque Book Series This report will only show the Cheques which come under the series starting from 51 Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad
