What is Investors in Pupils? Investors in pupils is an award we are working towards. It is great! It helps us understand things about school and makes our learning fun. When Ryan was asked what do you think Investors in Pupils is about? he said, “To make everyone happy and make learning fun”.
Investors in Pupils It helps us to have ambitions and targets. We have a target board in our class to help us see how well we are doing. We choose personal targets which are all different and we have a class target for everyone to work towards. We get rewards when we complete the targets.
Investors in Pupils • We have found out lots of interesting things about people who work in school, even the governors!! • We got to interview our teachers and ask lots of questions. • Mr. Green explained about school money. • We all had a look at how much things cost in our classroom…we’ll be putting the lids on our felt tip pens properly from now on!!!
Investors in Pupils Investors in Pupils also helps us to have our say about what we want to happen in school, through our school council. We have a suggestion box and we talk to our class representatives from the school council. We get to talk about how we want our school to be.
Investors in Pupils • We are really hoping we will achieve the award, it will show everyone just what a friendly, and ambitious school we are. • Fingers crossed! • Watch this space to see what happens.
