Maintenance of your refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment on a regular basis is required by F-Gas regulations under our laws. Hence, even if no problem exists, it is important for an experienced engineer to maintain it. In addition, the law also requires that the equipment must be checked for any leaks. This inspection procedure is a regular service provided for our clients who have entered into a service contracts with our firm. We can also check any additional system as a one-off task, where we will conduct all of the necessary inspections and maintenance for you, whatever type your system is, to ascertain that it satisfies legal standards.
Additional checks are also necessary to evaluate your system's energy efficiency level. Our engineers are qualified by the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations to conduct this maintenance evaluation. Following the evaluation, you will be given a report signifying the performance capacity of your equipment, including any possibilities of decreasing CO2 emissions, energy usage and costs.
