  13. Module Requirements • Classroom teachers – Complete 4 Modules (1.1 CEUs) • I . Importance of Formative Assessment (.1) • II. Learning Targets and Criteria for Success (.4) • III. Collecting and Documenting Evidence (.2) • IV. Analyzing Evidence and Descriptive Feedback (.4) • Administrative Staff – Complete 5 Modules (1.5 CEUs) • I – IV AND… • V. Administrator’s Role in Formative Assessment (.4) • Modules take about 45 min - 1 hour each to complete • CEUs may be granted in reading, technology, or the content area as requested
