Surface racks 11/03, Tuesday Seghair and Russian team will check, correct, install the all in P1,P2,P5 surface racks • P1 -/+, P2 -/+, P5 -/+: tochange the configuration: P6 + , P7 +, P8 +, P3 +: OK • Pt4: March (Bernd’s request) • Rack configuration: R L I C - ground metallic bar: >5 fixation – OK (P3)

  3. Tunnel racks and HV divider • HV divider installation: Installed in all “standard” locations in all Points, except L6 In “special cases” – not installed, but long cables was ordered ( Remo) - ? • L5: restoration of racks after He spill test • Racks – CFC cards : ready for installation ( Ion or Russian team)

  4. BLM re-installation • Current status of DS+ARC installation: Sector 6-7 - done Sector 5-6 – done Sector 7-8 – R7 – done L8 – 4 working days to finish - All SEMs was dismounted in L8 ( to exchange for LIC) - BLMQI.01L8.B1E30)MQXA(BPMSW) with support was dismonted for LHCb counter installation, and to install in new, shifted place But no access in sector 7-8 10-11-12/03 and 17-18/03 Remarks: a) good collaboration with QPS team on DS of L8 to put down the common longest cable trays b) BLM team works with walkways • List what we need to be work before RSM: Installation, surface rack, tunnel rack, DB, … • Request to move the source on surface? • LSS installation • New installation:

Divers • Databases: cryoBLM-BJBAP box and expert names and DCUM are in Layout(MTF) • Slot Labels ( after changes of expert names) • Rad Source test ( 2 sources ) • ECR for HV divider is released • Label for new “short” cable (BJBDV - BJBAP) • Amendment for 1 month* 4 persons prolongation – signed at CERN • ECR for LICs • LIC’s tests and shrinking at GIF: - shrinking – 12.03 - irradiation on front irradiator – 17-18/03
