Algoritmo. TC es diagnóstico en mielolipoma , quiste o sangrado . Masa con < 0 UH : 100% benignas : NO HAY QUE CONTROLARLAS. Masa con 0-10 UH : 96% benignas . ¿ Podría admitirse un control anual 2 años? ¿Sólo en pacientes con CA?. Masa > 10 UH : RM, PAAF (si DD con Mtxs ).

Masa con 0-10 UH: 96% benignas. ¿Podría admitirse un control anual 2 años? ¿Sólo en pacientes con CA?. Masa > 10 UH: RM, PAAF (si DD con Mtxs). ¿Estudio hormonal? ¿Masas > 25 mm? ¿Sín. Cushingsubclínico?
