Time Management Strategies • Build a schedule that includes ALL responsibilities: work, school, childcare, etc. • Use a tool that works for you • Cell phone • Planner • PDA • Computer scheduler (i.e., Google Calendar) • Daily ‘Things To Do’ lists • Have the discipline to follow through • Prioritize and reprioritize • Don’t procrastinate – act early and plan for the worst

  7. Scheduling Tips: • If you are working, did you register for more classes than you can handle? What can you do to fix the situation? • Withdrawal should be a last resort! • Plan to spend an additional two to three hours of study for each hour spent in class.
