  1. The Committee’s draft report will continue to pass through iterations and review. Hard copies will be presented at May 7th meeting. A formal meeting with the project leadership team – including Drs. Lee, Mace, and VP Burgess is being confirmed for later in May. A. Key Committee Activities and Accomplishments: B. Other Key Committee Activities/Milestones planned: • The fifteenth meeting of the Ad Hoc Committee was held April 29th. Committee time was spent discussing the groups’ draft Final Report and policy and procedure review updates. • A second full draft of the Report has been circulated and reviewed. Editorial suggestions have been recorded and will be incorporated April 30-May 1. The third draft version will be circulated. • Agreement has been reached concerning the prioritization of the Committee’s final recommendations. A ranking system will be employed to help facilitate the decisions. Results of the rankings will be shared at the May 7th meeting. • Policy and procedure reviews will be fully complete by May 7th. Compliance-related policy reviews remain. Edits and suggestions have been provided on 16 other policy or procedures at UGA in the research administration and infrastructure areas. C.
