  12. Consider whether any materials can be reused before ordering additional materials. • Use the Intra-district Transfer Form to transfer between schools in your district. Additional Materials • Materials such as Oral Administration Scripts, CD-ROMs, and Sign Language DVDs may be reused. • Use before placing an additional materials order. • Put note on Security Checklist. • Form is available on eDIRECT under PASS Spring 2013 documents.   15. Security Checklists are used to track and monitor the distribution and receipt of secure materials. Security Checklists • Districts elect whether schools use electronic or paper security checklists. • Security Checklists contain spaces to: • Sign out and sign in materials to/from STCs and TAs • Indicate the date materials were packaged for return • Record notes to indicate if materials were damaged, destroyed, etc. TAM pp. 13, 14, 31, 35, 36, 39; DTCS p. 1
