  2. 제 2대구치의 배열과 leveling 1.hypodivergent facial type 또는 과개 교합 : 가능한 초기에 포함시켜 교합 개방에 도움 되게 한다. 2. Hyperdivergent facial type 또는 개방교합 : spee만곡을 남겨두거나 ,밴딩이나 접착을 하지않아 배열과 leveling과정에 포함 시키지 않거나 , 주호선에 curve나 step bend를 부여하는 방법을 사용하여 제 2대구치의 정출을 최소한으로 막는다.

  3. 치주적 고려사항 :치은 변연의 높이가 조화를 이루지 못한 경우 1.치주 수술-치은 절제술,해당치아의 치은 열구의 깊이가 깊고 대칭이 되는 치아와 CEJ높이가 일치하는 경우 2.교정적 치아 이동 - 함입이나 정출 등의 교정적 치아 이동은 치아 이동 방향에 따라 치은 변연과 치조골이 동일 방향으로 이동되므로 이를 적용

  7. 지침 • 필요한 치아 이동을 위해 가능한 작은 힘 • 치아, 특히 견치에 충분한 시간을 할애한다. • 현재 wire가 브라켓에 완전히 적합 되기 전 까지는 다음 크기의 wire로 바꾸지 않는다. • 치아가 완전히 조절되기전까지는 작업 wire로 진행 하지 않는다. • 적절한 공간이 없을 때에는 무리한 치아 배열 시도 않는다. • 원하지 않는 치아 이동을 방지하기 위해 이 단계에서 악궁내 또는 악간 견인 하지 않는다.
