  3. Project Scope Vision Statement We are looking to ‘change the face’ of the oil industry and improve our image. We want to promote more social responsibility for ourselves and other oil companies. Business Need Positive Environmental impact.Good PR.Cut legal costs and lawsuits.Lower insurance rates.Make money. Project Description Create an ‘green’ product to aid in the clean up of oil spills. Once it has a license, it is used by First Response Team of Noxxe fleet. The licensing of an Noxxe is specifically for use in or on waters. Product incorporated automated deployment mechanism to release chemicals to the water. This product will improve the way we combat oil spills today by providing a more efficient, faster and environmentally safer way to clean oil spills. • 1 gallon of this chemical will clean(absorb) 1000 gallons of oil spill; • product will environmentally safe • is part of fleet emergency kit • is in self-dissolving packaging • it’s projected to produce 2500 gallons of chemical to be acrried by fleet of 50 ships Seagulls
