Suggestions for Improvement Made by Patients (2) Not good when surgery is running late and you can see doctor laughing and chatting behind reception I hope the online appointments system will overcome the problems getting through on the phone Sometimes reception staff can be curt on the phone bordering on rude, but lovely in person In all the time I have been to this doctors, only once has a doctor actually bothered to discuss things with me. TV in reception would be nice distraction & ventilation not adequate
