  1. The mariner mark-III Dragon series Common two Dragon capsule stacks one as atmosphere probe carrier and balloon deplorer This design should have common balloon deployment mechanisms, gondola housing, balloon, communications gear Jupiter Saturn Titan Uranus Neptune Venus

  2. 7 mariner mark-III Dragon atmosphere probes Each Dragon deploys multiple balloon probes Ice Giants Decadal Study posits Probe costs at $310 million • Balloon buoyancy can be controlled so that multiple balloon probes can be deployed in a single spacecraft; balloon probes at different altitudes should rapidly disperse. • Dragon probe can have external deployable payloads • We would argue that a Dragon atmosphere probe could deploy multiple probes at each gas and ice giant • 7 dragons X 4 probes each is 28 mass manufactured probe housings and ablation shields • 7 orbital Dragons means 6 small fission reactors( Yellow Dragon does not need one!) This provides an opportunity to mass produce space based small fission reactors

  3. The probe will hit the atmosphere at approximately 22 km/s at a flight path angle of –68 deg. THIS IS 400 G, DECELERATION !

  4. Mariner mark-III Dragon requires a extended trunk with a combined NTO/HHMD and 5 NEXT engines with Xenon tanks Dragon trunk with NTO.MMDH with NEXT engines Plan for mission design of multiple planet probe entry

  5. Dragon atmosphere probe does aerocapture followed by atmosphere entry • Dragon probe

  6. Ethylene gelled in cryogenic methane ; a dense competitor to RP-1 Concept utilizes my fuel tank ring atomizer • Ethylene is gelled by infusion through a ring atomizer into a tank of cryogenic Methane or LGN • In this case we have the ring atomizer high up in the tank geometry, but below the surface area of the LGN • In SLS and Delta Heavy we have the ring atomizer low in the tank geometry in order to facilitate cross feed to the LH2 core**
