The Collaborative was created to provide women and men with the opportunity to:

    • Build multi-national networks
    • Develop leadership and technical skills
    • Enhance their careers at Jacobs
  • Creating a culture where all employees have the opportunity to reach their full potential in the pursuit of corporate objectives

  • Dedicated to the empowerment and success of women in Jacobs. We equip women in becoming successful business leaders by providing the resources and tools necessary to promote professional success; providing a collaborative environment through which to enhance networking skills and address issues unique to women in our workplaces; and providing an outlet through which to promote these issues to senior-level management.
