  4. Next: Per. 1 Bell Work week 31 • Read the information on the handout “Timeline of the Holocaust” independently. • Highlight actions that would correspond with the elements of plot: • Exposition (introduction to the topic), Inciting Incident (conflict introduced), Rising Actions, Climax (turning point), Falling Action and Resolutionto the Holocaust • Use different colors for each plot element (share with your group members if you don’t have different colored highlighters). • Include a key for the colors you’ve chosen to use on the handout.

  5. Next: Per. 6 • Bell Work Week 31 • Your group will receive a handout featuring some American propaganda posters from World War II. • Answer the questions on the back of the handout as a group. • Record your answers on a sheet of notebook paper; everyone in the group needs his/her own paper.

  6. Next: Per. 6 • You will receive 4 sheets of printer paper and a piece of construction paper. • You’ll use the printer paper to record your group’s responses in complete sentences, as a paragraph. • These responses will be glued/taped onto the construction paper. • Create a collaborative poster featuring the images of the propaganda posters and your responses to the questions.

  7. Next: Per. 6 • Decide how to divide the work up evenly and fairly. • Each member of the group needs to use a different color ink for the written part—decide who will use which colors. • Each member contributes equally to the creation of the collaborative poster.
