  4. Faculty-driven Visibility and impact Global perspective and presence Multidisciplinary Academic excellence Enriched learning Further tripartite mission of Purdue Guiding Principles

  5. Conducting/supporting high-impact research Enhancing learning about policy Taking engagement global Your ideas… Proposed Activities

  6. Faculty Policy expertise, impact assistance Students New skills, connections application of ideas to practical problems Alumni Higher visibility of Purdue For all, including public New ideas and better use of resources Benefits to Purdue Community

University seed money for first steps Development targets for external funding: Named positions (grad fellowships, faculty chairs) Named facilities (buildings, rooms) Named programs (publications, internships) Endowments (e.g. Regenstrief Center Model) Tuition for Master’s degree in a policy school Alumni and donor enthusiasm Possible Funding
