Utilizing a combination of surveys, focus group discussions, and interviews, the study examines how 700 respondents across urban areas perceive their safety today, identify relevant security actors, and recognize changes in security perceptions over time. The findings highlight significant insights into local attitudes towards security and the implications for effective security sector reform in Liberia's future.
