  4. Education about the Process • NCSEAM Survey administered annually • Survey includes two rating scales • Impact on Families (22 items) • Family Centered Services (25 items) • Use of Part C standards (cut-scores) • 4a – 539 • 4b – 556 • 4c - 516 Infant & Toddler Connection of Virginia
