Is Wikipedia a Good Source? • Wikipedia is a good tool to use for research; since the site can go very in-depth about various subjects. • An example of why Wikipedia is a good source would be: • You can see details about the initial search and rescue efforts, the nationalities of the ill-fated passengers, and a brief report on the aircraft’s conflicted airspeed readings, among other features.

  4. Suggestions to Improve Wikipedia? • Have a section of the company working to check posts and to make sure they are from credible sources. • To not let just anyone post to Wikipedia. Information should be filtered by staff and they can decide whether it should be posted to Wikipedia.
