  3. WHY DID IT OCCUR? It occurred by the malange campaign party which was a group of white people who wanted the apartheid to start so that they can show black people that they are more powerful. in 1948 by an election created by the government and the

  4. WHO WHERE THE KEY PEOPLE The key people were Walter Sisulu, Desmond Tutu, Goven Mbeki, F. W. De Klerk, Henry Fevoot , and Nelson Mandel, Desmond Tutu.
