Snow Person Film Awards Announcement - December 17th

Join us for the Snow Person Film Awards on December 17th in the mini theater (teacher meeting room) from 6:30 to 7:30 PM. Recognize outstanding films with Gold for Best Film, Silver for 2nd place, Bronze for 3rd place, and the Nutcracker Award for the judges' choice. If you wish to enter your film, please inform Mrs. Lyon. Ensure your storyboards are finished and signed off. Use your devices to film with music synchronized for later edits. Remember to respect supplies and clean your work area. Looking forward to seeing you all Friday for more filming!

  1. Need to know info! • Snow person AWARDS! • Gold - Best film • Silver – 2nd • Bronze – 3rd • Nutcracker Award – judges choice • December 17th in the mini theater (teacher meeting room) 6:30-7:30pm • If you want to enter one of your films, let Mrs. Lyon know

  2. Storyboards • Finish storyboards from last class • If you still need to draw on the whiteboards to get your ideas out please do so • Please respect the supplies, don’t waste the markers – thank you

  3. When you are done • Get your storyboard signed off by Mrs. Lyon • Make sure you have all the music on devices in order to go film • Use the device while filming, so that you can move your mouth to the song (you will edit out the song and add it in later while editing)

  4. Double check • Each table • 2 sticky notes • 4 pens • One eraser cloth • Put it all in the bucket…clean off your table(use spray) • THANK YOU!

  5. Exit Pass (on a sticky note, slapped on the door) • What is one thing that is working really well so far with this film? • What is one thing that is challenging with this film? • See you all Friday, for more filming!
