BAG-ECO: 2534 en 2173 pacientes Diagnóstico final: Cáncer: 996 (39,3%) Lesión benigna: 1538 (60,7%) 1 FP (0,1% de las lesiones benignas): Ca. lobular invasivo diagnosticado de Ca. lobular in situ en BAG-ECO. 20 FN (2% de los cánceres): 9 (0,9%) diagnósticos que implicaban IQ 11 (1,1%) que indicaban actitud conservadora (verdaderos falsos negativos) RESULTADOS
