Viticulture • Allan Croker, Viticulturist • Plant Pathology major at Massey University in Palmerston North • 16 years at Corban Wines before coming to Goldwater • Mat Duncan, Vineyard Manager • Horticultural Management major at Lincoln University • Coordinates with winemaker and viticulturist to grow most expressive fruit possible
