4. Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up;

5. does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil;

6. does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth;

7. bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

8. Love never fails.

How To Control Our Anger

  • Eph. 4:26 “Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:”
    • Not sinful to be angry
    • Anger leads to foolish actions
    • Get over your anger
  • Eph. 4:27 “nor give place to the devil.”
  • TCNT “And give no opportunity to the Devil.”

Eph. 4:26 = when angry be careful

Col. 3:8 = put off wrath

add kindness and tenderheartedness

Love has a good temper

because it is not easily provoked !

Our responsibility to control our emotions.

Don’t allow anger to control us.

We must control our anger.
