  5. basic information:- Concession for 30 + 15 YEARS on Exploitation and bottling of Premium water. concession ENTRY in the land register in favour of muškavodad.o.o. „fountain of youth” AND „muškavoda“- Construction permit- state-recognized property rights - Decision on environmental protection and regulation of the water-protection zone- Building plot for the construction of the production plant with 4.000 m2- immediate start of construction is possible - preliminary design is complete and available - Return of investment after 3 years Rating of 100 % of the shares 2.045.000 EURO Building land, factory and reconstruction of well borders 765.000 EURO Filling-line and other equipment 600.000 EURO Operating resources 260.000 EURO Total project investment 3.625.000 EURO
