DEPARTAMENTO DE PERÍCIAS MÉDICAS DO ESTADO - DPME • Licenças para Tratamento de Saúde - a pedido e ex-offício; • Licença à Funcionária Gestante; • Licença por Motivo de Doença em Pessoa da Família; • Isenções - contribuição previdenciária - imposto de renda; • Avaliação de Capacidade Laborativa - mediante solicitação do RH ou convocação do DPME.

  12. CAPACIDADE LABORATIVA • Somente a Pedido do DPME ou Judicial: • realizar inspeção médico-pericial • comunicar ao Órgão de RH não comparecimento – prejuízo • publicar decisão • Início – data da expedição da GPM com devidas retroação.
