  2. WHO ? • Clint McCanne, 31, a Midland School Board Member, lives in Pleasant Miles….

  3. WHERE ? ? Midland High School, Arkansas,UsA

WHAT ? ? • A school board member believes "queers" and "fags" should commit suicide since they just "give each other AIDS and die." • And posted on a facebook page regarding wear purple to support the gay ``Seriously they want me to wear purple because five queers killed themselves. The only way imwearin it for them is if they all commit suicide. I cant believe the people of this world have gotten this stupid” • “we are honouring the right that they have sinned and killed theirselves” • “being a fag doesn’t give you the right to ruin other people’s lives” • “Of course my kids will know better. My kids will have solid Christian beliefs.” • He would DISOWN his own children if they were gay

  5. Additional information : • Was forced to resign from school on November 1 ,2010. • “Fake” apologized on CNN • Activists held protests

  7. CONCLUSION: • According to me, he has the freedom to say and feel how he wants to, and his actions will come with consequences.

  8. QUESTIONS?? • Assume that you are gay, how would you feel towards this? Would this Influence your sexual orientation ? • In our society, why does one’s sexual orientation define their character?
