WORK IN PROGRESS: AEROMANIA, Tuzla, 19th – 20th of JULY 2014 The AEROMANIA airshow is the most appreciated product in the series of events organized by the Regional Air Services and Regional Association for Promoting Aviation. Its popularity and prestige has grown that much in the last years that starting with 2012 the trend is to draw the audience due to the success of the brand, more than due to specific parts of the show. This positive trend leads us to increasingly lower costs for increasingly higher audiences. More the financial pressure of attracting public lowers, more funds are oriented towards the show itself: ARPA and Regional Air Services aim to offer an increasingly better aviation product, with more aerobatic champions and novelties.

MANDATORY ELEMENTS OF THE PROGRAM • Skydiving – including Tuzla Airport own team • Aerobatic pilots from worldwide • Jurgis Kairys – multiple world champion • The Aerobatic YAKERS – formation flights – with pyrotechnical effects • An AN2 spraying water over the audience • Luca Bertossio - World Gliding Champion • Hawks of Romania • Formation flights with Regional Air Services fleet (planes and helicopters) • Unusual flights: KA 26 • Aircraft banner towing • Famous bands concerts • Food-court • Playground for kids (with clowns, balloons and other toys) • Touristic info and offers area • Lots of media – advertising the event • Minimum 50 official photographers (by experience, at least double)

GOLD SPONSOR • Associating the name of the events with GOLD sponsor’s name (Ex.: “AEROMANIA POWERED BY GOLD SPONSOR”) • MEDIA – according to previous mediaplan – following the principle that name / logo of main (GOLD) sponsor gets in all media products – in the main position •  SPECIFIC MEDIAPLAN WILL FOLOW; Layouts, TV and RADIO SPOTS will be approved by both parts • Branding on Regional Air Services aircraft – participating at the event for 3 months •  YOU WILL RECEIVE LIST OF AVAILABLE AIRCRAFT AND BRANDING AREAS, MEASUREMENTS, SIMULATION (aircraft with your logo), TIMES WHEN THE BRANDED AIRCRAFT COMES INTO THE AIRSHOW. • Skydivers carrying a flag branded with your company Logo • Skydivers landing on a platform branded with your company logo •  YOU WILL RECEIVE A PRESENTATION OF CLOTH DIMENSIONS AND A SCHEDULE OF SKIDIVING MOMENTS IN THE SHOW • Banners on TUZLA airport – in the event area •  YOU WILL RECEIVE A LIST OF AVALIABLE SPACES, PICTURES OF THE SPOTS, DIMENSIONS • Booth on the event site • VIP area for Gold sponsor guests and representatives • Sampling areas • Press release on your behalf • Professional pictures and film portfolio – for your own advertising campaign • Official thanks – during the concerts • Banner and link on www.regional-air.rowww.aeromania.tv and www.scoaladepilotaj.ro

  13. BUILDING AUDIENCE STRATEGY RAS and ARPA aimed at attracting public on the airport and closer to the aircraft. For this purpose, we considered a good strategy to organize our first events above the beach, where the public was guaranteed and interest in aviation could be awakened. This way, we managed to attract people where we were interested from the first time - at the airport and we managed to transform our events into interesting and commercial products. Also, we invested our effort in attracting strong partners from related activities branches and in entertainment diversification

  16. AEROMANIA • STARTING CONCEPT: • Aeromaniais an annual airshow organized above one of the Romanian seaside areas and / or on Tuzla airport. Attending the show is free of charge , being dedicated to tourists who spend their summer here, to those seeking for an alternative in entertainment, and to aviation and extreme sports lovers.

AEROMANIA: partnerships and framings of 2006, 2007, 2008 • The success achieved on first edition, in 2006, organized over Costinesti beach, led to the decision to turn this event into a permanent one. • In 2007, the event became more spectacular, counting on the participation of a larger number of pilots and aerobatic aircraft. Improving the logistics component, Fly In 2007 included related events like the workshop "Hangar Talk" - where current issues of general aviation in Romania were discussed and an unconventional party dedicated to pilots (Hangar Party). For aircraft enthusiasts the meeting was particularly interesting: ARPA offered an "aero-bazaar", a static exhibition, booths for business aviation, skydiving, shooting area and of course, a platform for a good dialogue. • Media coverage in 2007 included: Pro Fm, Info Pro (local and national), 7 seri, Time Out, Business Magazin, ProTV Magazin, ProMotor, Gandul and all Internet owned by MediaProInteractiv (including www.apropo.ro, www.despopera.ro, www.promotor.ro). The event was all over the news of national and local television, which provided reports and accounts from the scene. • For the event in 2008 worked together:TVR1, Kiss Tv, Kiss Fm, National Geographic Channel, National Geographic Wild, TV Neptun, Radio Sky, Radio Mix, Mediafax, 7 Seri, Magazin Aeronautic si Fly Level, Pilot Magazin, Jurnalul National, GazetaSporturilor, Top Gun, Cronici Tomitane, City Inc, Xtrem.ro, Nights.ro, Ctlife and Constantablog.

AEROMANIA: partnerships and framings of 2009 • In 2009, Fly In had a rebranding aiming at repositioning the eventon a higher market. • In 2009 Fly became AEROMANIA , aiming at mediating meeting between the best pilots in Romanian and pilots worldwide, focus public attention on Romanian seaside area, create a framework that allows pilots to propose aerobatic demonstrations according to their aircraft performances and their skills, make people familiar with aviation sports as an exciting adventure, offer to mass media new kind of show, smart but accessible and entertaining for the audience.

AEROMANIA: partnerships and framings of 2010 and 2012 • In 2010 AEROMANIA took place on 7 and 8th of August above the beach in front of Rex Hotel in Mamaia and included aerobatic demonstrations of Jurgis Kairys, the Aerobatic Iakers, Francesco Fornabaio, solo and formation flights with Regional Air Service aircraft. The event was promoted by Radio Romania, Top Gear, Playboy TvNeptun, Casino, Flame, Radio Holiday, Radio Constanta, Urban Stories, What When Where Bucharest, Fly Level, etc. • In 2012 the guest star was Mihai Margineanu, singerand student pilot school at Regional Air Services. Again flew the Aerobatic Iakers- during day and at twilight, with fireworks on their wings, Air Bandits, the Beauty and the Beast band, Florin Chilian also had a concert, Jurgis Kairys did acrobatics as in the World Championship , skydivers made demonstrations. The event was promoted by: NeptunTv , Radio Neptun, Radio Holiday, Radio Constanta, Romania Libera, Academia Catavencu, Modista. The 2012 edition was the first successful event ever hosted on Tuzla airport.

AEROMANIA: partnerships and framings of 2012 • Kairys, Margineanu, the Aerobatic Yakkers and other surprises at Tuzla – 24th of August 2012 • The organization parteners were: NUTLine, Ciuc, DomeniileOstrov, Pilotshop, Seanet, Addare Communication, NeptunTv, Radio Neptun, Radio Vacanta, Radio Constanta, Romania Libera, Academia Catavencu, Modista.

  21. AEROMANIA: partnerships and framings of 2013 • Mihai Margineanu tried again to convince his audience and instructors that he is successful also with music and aviation. He was supported by Jurgis Kairys and the Acrobatic Yakers. There were skydiving demos, pleasure flights , concerts, formation flights, Air Bandits, world champion in gliding, Luca Bertossio, Jurgis Kairys solo demonstration, Aerobatic Yakers flew at sunset with fireworks on the wigs and “bombs” on the groud - like "Air Bandits“. The event was supported by Nutline, Ciuc, DomeniileOstrov, Pilotshop, Seanet, Addare Communication. • Media parteners: NeptunTv, Radio Neptun, Radio Vacanta, Radio Constanta, Romania Libera, Academia Catavencu, Modista. • Mikers Association and Seaside Asoociation came also at the event. • Entry was free of charge and encouraged by RATC buses that brought viewers each day from Constanta to the airport – also free of charge. • There were booths for aviation business, motorcycles, chocolate, ice cream, wine tastings and children's playground. • l AEROMANIA 2013 a was also suppoerted by: MOL, Astra – asigurare-reasigurare, Monsson Group, Ana Hotels, ALKA, Ciuc, El Campo, Kafea.ro, DomeniileOstrov, AlcovinMacin.
