T2: Advance notification of road openings which are of significant impact T3: Notification of works performed on roads where impact is low. T4: Notification of emergency works. T5: Notification of the permanent reinstatement of works previously notified on an another Application.… Each are sent by the Applicant to the Local Authority

  11. Grant Licence Company Submit Application Once an Application is in the ‘Conditioned – Awaiting Grant of Licence’ state, it can be Granted or Refused by the LA Local Authority Condition Application Sign off Grant Licence Company Accept Conditions Road Works

Accept Conditions Company Submit Application • If Approved, the Applicant records an Acceptance to indicate that they agree to the Conditions. • When a application has been Refused, the Applicant usually records an Acceptance to indicate that they agree to the Refusal. Accept Conditions Company Submit Application • If Approved, the Applicant records an Acceptance to indicate that they agree to the Conditions, print the licence and proceed with works. • If Refused, the Applicant records an Acceptance to indicate that they agree to the Refusal. Works Defects/Progress Log Company Submit Application • Allows a Council User, typically an Inspector, record the general progress of the works. • Allows Defects to be recorded, categorised, the Applicant notified and the resolution to be recorded • Allows reinstatements to be recorded as satisfactory, which will in time lead to the works being taken in charge Local Authority Condition Application Sign off Grant Licence Company Accept Conditions Road Works
