The lead presenter can right click on another participant to “give” them presenting rights All participants can speak during breakout Moderators may enter breakout room to announce when it is time to return to main room

  15. Breakout room guide - Materials The presenter has access to display materials if there are materials available. Only the presenter can click on material to display on the main screen. The presenter can App Share and share their desktop if you want to create slides for your group.
