    1. Cisco 7961/7941 IP Phone Training

    2. Objectives • Upon completion of this training, you will be able to perform the following tasks: • Identify the layout of the IP Phone • Place/Answer/End Calls • Use the Hold feature • Use the Call Transfer and Call Forward/Forward All features • Use the Conference feature between multiple phones • Use the Call Park feature to park a call from one phone and pick the same call up from another phone. • Use the Call Pickup feature and pickup calls within the same group • Use additional features such as redial, resetting the phone, changing the ring type, & changing the contrast setting.

    23. Call Forwarding - Types • Call Forward allows a user to configure a Cisco IP phone so that all calls destined for it ring another phone. Three types of call forward exist: • Call forward all – forwards all calls (Set by User) • Call forward busy – forwards calls only when the line is in use (set by Administrator) • Call Forward no answer – forwards calls when the phone is not answered after 4 rings.(set by Administrator)
