CUB SCOUT ORGANIZATION • THE PACK: • Boys grades 1 – 5 and adult leadership • Sponsored by a Charter Organization • Divided into “Dens” of 6 – 10 boys in same grade and adult leadership • Ranks/Dens • Tiger (1stgrade & age 7) • Wolf (2nd grade & age 8) • Bear (3rd grade & age 9) • Webelos 4th and 5th grade & age 10)

VOLUNTEERISM • PARENTS: • Source of Scout leadership • Busiest parent can help • Participate and encourage sons advancement • Teach by example • Spend quality time with son • TRAINNG: • Every Scout deserves a trained leader • Ensures a quality program • Keeps Scouts safe • Keeps meetings fun and exciting • Provides resources • Pack, District, and Council provide training opportunities
