  2. DRAGON TIPLINE CISD is implementing a new Dragon Tiplinefor students that will be available to all Carroll Middle School students. DRAGON TIPLINE is accessible to any student with any kind of phone. Students simply call or send a text message to anonymously report an issue.

  3. What can I report? You can report any issue…. Theft Fighting Bullying Suicidal Thoughts Weapons possession And the list goes on and on…

  4. Who gets the message? CMS Administrators and CMS Counselors

  5. What do we do with the information? It depends on the information being shared. Our primary goal is to make all students feel safe, and to give students a way to communicate when they do not feel safe. We work with the student through messages to give advice and guidance to help the student through the situation.

  6. How is it anonymous? When you call or text, the Hotline will change your number so it is not shared with the school personnel receiving it. However, if you are reporting something where you or someone else could be in danger, school administrators will be able to request your phone number.

  7. Does this replace talking to an adult at school? • No! The CMS Dragon Tip Line is not intended to replace direct contact with school administration, counselors, teachers or other staff. Please feel free to directly contact Carroll Middle School staff with any issues or concerns you may have.
