  3. 簡介 • XP Professional 上的 IIS 5.1 具有功能完整而強大的 Web 伺服器功能，但同時連線 (TCP) 的數目只限於 10 個。 • IIS 提供 Web、FTP 和 Mail 等服務 • XP Professional 是屬於用戶端作業系統，而非伺服器平台，所以有一些其他限制。 • 和 2000 Server/Advanced Server 上的 IIS 5.0 有顯著的差異。 • 和 2003 Server 上的 IIS 6.0 有顯著的差異。 • XP Professional 的 IIS 5.1 還是一個使用來開發 Web 應用程式的優異環境。

  12. 簡介 • FrontPage 有許多功能必須利用到 FrontPage Server Extensions (FPSE) 才能夠發揮 • 管理者可在安裝FPSE的遠端機器上，直接修改網頁 • XP 預設的版本是FrontPage 2000 Server Extensions • FPSE可以裝在不同的作業平台上。 • FPSE已經不再更新，改成 SharePoint Services

  13. 判斷 FPSE 版本 • C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\XX，而其中的XX為40代表FPSE 2000。若是此目錄出現的是50的話，代表系統上所安裝的是FPSE 2002。
