  2. Dance has for long been recognised one of the best physical exercises to improve key aspects like co-ordination, tone muscles and improve balance. It also is great way to control obesity that is a growing concern among kids and young adults in contemporary society.

  3. In addition to our dance classes, we also offer capable students the opportunity to take exams in Acting, Singing and Musical Theatre under the Trinity College Syllabus.
