  6. NCD • They are the first cause of mortality after injuries cause of violence. • Prevalence of Diabetes: 9.6% of the population. • Prevalence of Renal Failure:16%. • Cervix Cancer is the most prevalent .

  8. SYSTEM RESPONSE • Until 2009 there had never been a program of NCD. • The work was based on the care of demand. • Clinical guidelines without impacting the system • Disorganization care system networks • Deficiencies in the reference system
