  2. Safe, Healthy, Welcoming • Site Visit to Red Wing Health Clinic • Very good reviews. • Teachers and administration agreed upon idea as a real positive for the district.

  3. Increase Opportunity and Achievement • Admin and teacher leaders conducted our first district level “Learning Meeting” We studied test results in depth throughout the district and began some critical conversations about where we are at as a district.

  4. Effective and Efficient Operations • New Food line at the high school for salads and sandwiches. This is helping with throughput • High School Lunches: There is no longer a break in between lunches. This helps provide more options in the student schedule.
