September 2010 Superintendent Update: Enhancing Student Experience and Operations
The September 2010 update outlines key initiatives enhancing student engagement and operational effectiveness. With 3,253 students enrolled, including 1,675 in K-6 and 936 in high school, newly introduced snack carts have exceeded milk program participation. The week focuses on local food through Farm to School, while collaborative goals and professional development efforts are underway. The Alternative Learning Center supports over 70 students in online courses, and the efficient integration of AESOP has streamlined substitute management. A board workshop is recommended for rescheduling.
