Key Performance Statistics • Sales YTD $11.1B, on track to meet $22B goal • Offers up 14.3% • Modifications up 17.3% • Timely renewal of options: 48.2% • Customer satisfaction: 72.2 • CORS files processed 5 days or less: 73.7% • C/O’s responsiveness for offers: 78 • C/O’s responsiveness for mods: 79 • Green Gov - electronic offers 29.4% goal for FY10 30.3% electronic mods 15.8% goal for FY10 15% • Number of environmental items on GSA Advantage over 169K, nearly 1% of total items. Long term goal – increase by 250,000

Strategic Sourcing Initiatives • Federal Strategic Sourcing Initiative (FSSI) • Office supplies and copiers – in process of adapting new solution to meet participating agencies’ needs • Commodity team meetings being held regularly • Talking with and listening to industry and their current practices • Wireless telecommunications expense management services • Express and ground domestic delivery services • President’s 2011 budget request stresses strategic sourcing

Being Green Initiatives • Because of the greater emphasis on greening and sustainability through EO 13423 and 13514, GSA is creating solutions for federal customers • Updating green icons on GSA Advantage • CPG, Energy Star, FEMP, Watersense, Biopreferred, SNAP, EPEAT, PRIME, NESHAP, Forest Stewardship Council, Greenguard, Biodegradable, Low VOC, EPA Primary Metals Free • Devising solutions to address the push on agencies to buy environmentally preferable items • Working with services providers to understand their methods for greening their business practices

  8. Making Schedules Easier to Use • Schedule improvements • Adding new services • FAR 51 Deviation • Ancillary Repair and Alteration SINs • Merging of schedules/SINs • Solicitation standardization • Electronic contracting • Updating how we portray ourselves and communicate to federal agencies

Solution Centric Web Pages and Publications • New web pages and publications that focus on logical groupings of solutions • We listened when our customers told us they needed help finding solutions across various schedules • Move away from schedule oriented solutions • Solutions/categories were based on how federal customers would buy (e.g. Human Resource Solutions, Management and Operational Consulting Solutions and much more) • Categories in publications align to web pages • From the Products and Services tab on gsa.gov, click on NEW Acquisition Solutions link

Business Process Integration • Goals • Partnering with CAR to engage top customers via CSD/BMD interaction with contracting offices • Focusing on opportunities • Conducting joint visits/training • Influencing decision making within contracting offices • Results • FY2009, 10 opportunities totaling over $380 million • So far in FY2010, 4 opportunities totaling over $182 million • For FY2009 and FY2010 (YTD), 14 opportunities TOTALING OVER $562 million

For Service Contractors • Customers identified a need for a SOW/SOO library • Share best SOWs/SOOs via the web • Submit to your council lead or to jeffrey.manthos@gsa.gov • Joint Services IGC has agreed to review, help categorize and recommend which ones to post to the web • Any ideas on new services to add to schedules program?
