  15. Additional Allocation Process Flowchart School completes Section A of the Application for Additional Staffing Allocation form. School forwards the completed application and supporting documentation to the Principal HR Consultant in their local regional office. Regional Office assesses application and completes Section B, C and D of the Application for Additional Staffing Allocation form. Endorsed by Regional Executive Director Not Endorsed by Regional Executive Director Regional Office forwards to School Resourcing and Administration for processing. Regional Office contacts school regarding outcome of regional assessment and explores alternative options. Director, School Human Resources assesses the application and makes a recommendation to the Assistant Director-General, School Resourcing and Administration. Assistant Director-General, School Resourcing and Administration provides approval or non-approval and advises Regional Office of approval/non-approval of application. Regional Office advises school of approval/non approval of application.
