Innovative Restaurant Project: Can You Believe the Results?

This year's restaurant project involved 191 students from 6 grades creating business plans, designing menus, serving food, and more! Technology like Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop was used. Students analyzed market demands, calculated costs, and served the food in a professional manner. Music by Yanni's Out of Silence CD.
