  2. UNREQUITED LOVE the sense of rejection for the love not being reciprocated can feel shameful and humiliating. Lack of empathy from the primary caregiver(s) is the early experience of feeling this kind of toxic shame

  4. hmm, I am a failure I guess! DISAPPOINTED EXPECTATION unable to meet own or others standards leading to shame because of sense of failure

  5. What's wrong with me! EXCLUSION When one tends to feel that they don't fit in and are not liked.
