  3. Corporate Responsibility Duty of Care An organization has the responsibility to protect its colleagues from risk, this includes when they are traveling on business. Best Practice • - Be able to track employees while on business travel • - In addition, provide Travel Advisories: • - advice before they travel, • - identify potential risks by trip or location, • - can communicate with them during their trip • - provide information after a trip is completed • - training for employees that travel • All designed to reduce risk to their travelers • Key: Centralized Travel Booking/Consolidated Data: • - CWT is IHS Markit’s global travel management company • - All business travel must be booked through CWT • Alternatives: Multiple feeds from various sources and/or traveler input.

Foundation: • - Destination information: Provide our travelers with travel advisories: pre, during and post trip based on where they are traveling. • - Traveler Tracking: Travel Services can locate, report on and communicate with any traveler that books through CWT (SMS - 2 way text) • Immediately be able to assist colleagues • Immediate communication to C- level: • - how many colleagues are impacted • - are they ok • - are we providing additional assistance • Overwhelming positive response: • - C-level/HR/Business Leaders • - Colleagues • “Strong foundation……..now let’s, add on” Foundation

Additional precautionary measures/managed with automated report HIGH Security Risk Travelers – Travel Services reaches out and: Shares the ISOS Risk Ratings and IHS Markit Recommendations Shares ISOS Website and membership number Instruct colleagues to review all advisories and select the acknowledgement feature There is an automated report that shows compliance or non-compliance Recommend a 1:1 consult with ISOS Advise colleagues to confirm/update cell phone in profile Instruct colleagues to download the mobile application Provides information on IHS Markit Global Travel Insurance Program : Evolution:

Additional precautionary measures: Extreme Security Risk Travelers – Travel Services reaches out and: Engages colleague, manager, and HR partners Team discuss ISOS Risk Ratings and IHS Markit Recommendations and the objective and criticality of trip If team decides to move forward, recommendation is taken to Leadership team for approval If approval is obtained, Travel Services goes through steps on previous slide, in addition to advising on transportation and other components of the trip. Mandatory Training for all colleagues traveling to High and Extreme destination : Evolution:

Background • Need for the continuity of overall operations provided by knowledgeable and experienced colleagues. • To ensure that this continuity of operations is not lost in an air disaster, the following guidelines should be followed: Policy No more than three Leadership Team (LT) members on the same flight.  Exceptions to this rule include: • The CEO should not fly with the CFO • The CEO should not fly with more than one of the following individuals: Top Line Business Leaders. • No more than two of the Top Line Business Leaders should fly together Note: Any exceptions to this policy must be pre-approved by Chief Human Resources Officer.  Evolution: Executive Travel Guidelines

Evolution/Technology Solutions: Multi-Executive on same Plane Policy: - Developed daily custom report to show multiple executives on same plane • Shows when colleagues on same plane that are outside of policy • Bring to our SVP HR – discuss with all parties • Typically we move executives • Upon occasion, it is decided to remain as is due to many business factors “Allows us to actually manage to policy – in seconds “ Evolution

Additional Technology Solutions: VIP Tracking/Protective Services • Developed a customized report for VIP’s going to med, high, or extreme destinations • Use that data to discuss when and when not to utilize Executive Protective Services • Executive Protective Services Includes: • Customized door to door security • Logistics Coordinator • Security Coordinator • Security Specialist/Bilingual • Check-in Procedures • High-touch specialized security service • Utilized based on C-level destination, familiarization with destination and current situation. Additional Technology Solutions: Executive Protective Services for other events • Group event – A sustainability event held at local Mexico Schools • Security was provided for event transports • Transportation contingencies • Low profile security at the event Building Module Tracking: • Within travel tracker, added the building module tracking capability • Works same as travel tracker: • Load all your facilities into the technology • When events arise, near your facilities • You receive a pushed notification • Depicts how far incident is to facility • Can send messaging to key contacts - Facilities “owns” this & loves it - Saves them time & allows them to deal with incident quicker! Additional Initiatives – Proven Successful Download the ISOS App contest • Everyone who downloaded the app were eligible for prize • Prize: Starbucks card • Utilization: Increased 28% Travel Services & ISOS participated in the IHS Safety Fair • Great turn out • Handed out membership cards • Instructions on how to download app and held another drawing! More utilization! Mandatory E-learning • We developed / We house on our e-learning LMS /Automatic reminders New laptop procedures for China, Russia, Iran, and Iraq • Instant program messenger advising colleagues to contact IT and get loaner laptops
