  3. Why do it? Visual observation During Good Economy, RMS gets thin with quality prospects Increased show ratio Increased retention on P.O. recruits Build your Branch or Unit with your kind of people (people like yourselves) Maxwell’s Law of Magnetism

  5. Where to look for prospective agents? Banks - junior executives or loan officers Chain Stores -Store managers and assistant managers College graduates who are leaders in follower jobs Individual Proprietors who have limited working capital Junior Executives in family owned businesses who see a dead end in the promotional possibilities People in elected or appointed positions that don’t know how long their job will last Sales reps disturbed by the cut in their territories Sales Reps disturbed by limited earnings and/or limited career advancement Direct in-home Sales Reps Multi-Level Marketing Organizations Service men and women returning from military duty

  9. Personal Observation Recruiting Look at your Branch or Unit…where did all the good ones come from??? If it doesn’t look like what you want it to look like…ask yourself, why? When you were a kid on the playground, how did you pick people to be on your team? If you develop the winning culture…the money will come and your Branch or Unit will explode with the type of people you want in your Organization.
