  3. Cadet • Enter Achievement 1 (Curry) for cadets • We have a new cadet application coming soon and this will no longer be active once released

  4. Counterdrug • New application coming soon • It will be read-only • There will only be one CD qualification, which will be CD qualified • New 101 card will be released at the same time • Example: If you are CD qualified and a qualified mission pilot that will be considered the equivalent to the current CD mission pilot qualification

  6. ES – 101 Card • Print, view and update information your 101 Card

  7. ES – Multi-Person Achievement • Enter multiple Achievement for multiple members and then submit them at once • Best Use: ES officer entering several member’s info at once

  8. ES – Single-Person Achievement • Enter Achievements for one member at a time • Best Use: Individuals updating their own information

  9. ES – SQTR Entry • Enter the individual tasks for the specified achievement • Designed for those that enter achievements at task level only

  10. ES – SQTR Worksheet • View and print your SQTR Worksheet

  11. Mission Availability • Enter and view times are you available to perform missions. • Times are stored for the time zone that you live in.

  12. Pilot – FAA Requirements • Enter your FAA requirements here

  13. Pilot – Check ride/Questionnaires (Airplane/Glider) • Enter and view your Form 5 information

  14. Pilot – Check ride/Questionnaires (CAPF 91) • Enter and view your CAPF 91 • Used to calculate your mission pilot achievement

  15. Pilot – Appointments (Prerequisites) • Enter and view prerequisites for some of the pilot achievements

  20. Suspension • Suspend member’s achievements

  21. Validations • Validate tasks and achievements - Achievements show a status of pending

  22. What is Validation in OPS Quals? • Validations are meant to allow a trusted person to review an individual's records to make sure they are accurately reflected in the system. They are considered more an objective review because the person should only be looking to be sure dates and other pertinent information are recorded correctly.

  23. What is Approval in OPS Quals? • Approvals are meant to allow a trusted officer, such as in regards to ES the CC, CV or the ES officer, the opportunity to determine whether they believe a person is fit to perform that role within the organization.
