  3. Supporting the construction or development of arts centres, museums, art galleries and archives.

  4. Enhancing the place of arts and culture in education through curriculum and the provision of scholarships.

  5. Enabling artists and artistes to move and work freely within the region.

  6. Including regional arts within the tourism promotions.
