  4. Time Order of work Put apron on, collect all equipment and ingredients, wash hands and surfaces. 0 -10 mins

  5. Your task • Have a go at writing your own time plan for the practical example of mixed potato rosti for a one hour lesson, think about the timings needed for each stage and don’t forget collecting your ingredients and washing your equipment and packing away!....

  6. Homework • Bring in 60p and a) a jar of jam or b) chocolate spread or c) 50g butter and 100g icing sugar for butter icing to make a Swiss roll for Wednesday!
