  6. SWOT Analysis • Strengths • Good board, strong working relationships, engaged, new member (secretary, Comm chair) • Weaknesses • Funding – inability to roll over budget to next year. Can’t raise and “save” for future • Opportunities • Partner with local companies/start-ups • Use Meetup and Social media • Threats • Lack of funds/sponsors (lost sponsors)

  7. Chapter Plans / Issues • Finalize budget • Find sponsor(s) • Expand via social media (Meetups, etc) • Build self sustaining momentum
